Mark has been active in the Point of Sale business since 1979 and for a few years before that as a janitor and delivery person for the family business. From 1979 to 1983 he worked full time in Sales and administration while earning a BS in Computer Information Systems from Missouri State University (then SMSU). Industry achievements include becoming the youngest President ever elected of ICRDA (now RSPA), the national trade association for POS dealers from 1994 to 1996. Mark has also served several terms on the MICROS Dealers Association Board of Directors and continues to be very active in that association.

In addition to complete commitment to the long term success of the company, Mark spends as much time as possible with his wife and three beautiful daughters. Any extra time after those two priorities might find him flying passengers in need as part of the Angel Flight Central network of private pilots.
Chauncey likes working for HMS because it is a small company, which makes it easier to interact with the management team to quickly help customers when they need assistance. She has worked for HMS since 2005.
Chauncey lives with her husband and 2 boys on 5 acres in Kansas City, Kansas. She enjoys reading, exercising, and watching her children in their various sporting activities. She was born and raised in the Kansas City area.
Bob was raised in Dodge City Kansas and has lived all over the country in previous positions. He worked for 25 years in a retail/customer service environment as a manager. Bob went back to college in 1999 and earned a degree in Computer Sciences. After college he moved to Atlanta and accepted employment with the Micros Dealer there. In 2003 Bob and his wife sought to return to Kansas to be closer to family so, he came to Hospitality Management Systems. He spent the first 2 years as Service Technician before being promoted to Service Manager.
“My wife and I enjoy working on our house and taking care of our only child, Sam (the dog). We are active in our church and sincerely glad we chose to return to our home state.”
Amy joined Hospitality Management Systems in 2004. Amy focuses on the growing list of Multi unit accounts that utilize MICROS POS systems in the Missouri, Kansas, and Nebraska region served by HMS. Recently Amy has been involved in the E-business side of MICROS with the Mymicros and iCare products. Prior to joining HMS, Amy spent 7 years with MICROS Systems, Inc. In Boston, she managed relationships with Legal SeaFoods, BackBay Restaurant Group and Jillian’s Entertainment. She next worked in St. Louis managing the Panera Bread/St. Louis Bread account. Amy works closely with in-house Sales and Support staff to exceed the customer’s expectations.
Amy graduated from Central Missouri State University in Warrensburg, MO with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Administration in 1991 and worked in Kansas City prior to joining MICROS in 1997. She currently holds a seat on the Board of Director’s for the Greater Kansas City Restaurant Associationn.
