Job Description

We’re expanding our support team! We’re looking for tech-savvy, energetic, and Micros POS Hospitality focused professionals to engage our customers and support our products.

HMS is a reseller of both Oracle MICROS and Toast POS. We help companies become more successful in a highly competitive hospitality market. Based on customer’s needs, we are able to offer different tiers of technology that are built on today’s leading technologies.

The 7X24 support of these products is critical to our continued success as a company.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Response to calls or inquiries from our customers to provide operational assistance, technical fixes, database modifications or any other assistance that can be provided remotely..
  • Document call activities and identify opportunities through the company CRM and other tools
  • Participate in the after hours on call rotation.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Experience working directly for or with the restaurant industry and working with POS systems
  • Deep MICROS/Oracle 3700 and/or Simphony POS knowledge is desired
  • Demonstrated written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrate customer (end user) empathy and understanding.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under minimal supervision, independently and/or as a member of a project team
