These plans are designed in a tiered system to meet the different needs of your business. No matter what kind of business you have, we have a MICROS support plan that will work for you.

Platinum

You run a business that relies on quick on-site service when your system breaks down, no matter the time or the day. If this sounds like your business, then the Platinum MICROS support plan is for you. This support service is at your disposal 24/7, 365 days a year. This includes holidays and covers normal wear and tear of your system.

Gold

If your business doesn’t have such a critical dependence on working around the clock, then the Gold MICROS support plan would more than suffice for you. The Gold service tier gives you access to our support team from 8 am to 9 pm CST. It is open Monday-Saturday. Keep in mind that it also doesn’t cover holidays that Hospitality Management Systems and Carroll Business Systems honor. This is still an efficient on-site service that covers normal wear and tear. If your business falls within the coverage parameters, Gold service is for you.

Silver

Silver is relatively close to Gold level service. The difference is the Silver service is only available until 5 pm CST and is not available on Saturdays. If your business closes at 5 pm CST and is closed on weekends, the Silver MICROS support plan will more than suffice.

Depot

Finally, the Depot Micros Support Plan costs the least, but it doesn’t include the 10% supply discount that the other plans do. This is a consideration you should make when deciding on your support plan. This plan still covers wear and tear but doesn’t offer on-site service. If you need repairs you’ll need to send it to our repair facility. This plan is recommended for businesses who have backups and can wait for their system to return to them.
