Hospitality Management Systems has been a tremendous asset to our organization. As a multi-unit operator in three states, our relationship with HMS has allowed us to maintain our growth without the need to find new avenues of support in each area in which we open a restaurant.
Their Help Desk gives our restaurant managers direct access to tier one support from open to close. This eliminates 98% of IT related calls to our corporate IT department keeping my staff and budget small and under control. Their Hardware Support covers nearly everything we need. We rarely go beyond a single shift with inoperable equipment. Their response time is extremely fast.
HMS is a preferred vendor of KRM and a partner I couldn’t operate without.
I put a Micros POS system in which was much needed for my business. I truly believe that the system will pay for itself in the long run and maybe not so long. It enables us to make less mistakes and provide more accuracy for the customer.

Since we bought our MICROS e7 system, we have seen an increase of sales and a dramatic reduction in food and liquor costs. It became very easy to compare our inventory with our sales, right down to a shot of liquor or a cup of soup. We saw a drop of 15% in liquor cost alone.
I have worked with other systems, but I have not seen one that compares. The ease of the software and with the programming from Hospitality Management Systems, I would have to say MICROS is the best.
